The survey aims to knowing the appropriate strategy in developing tourist attraction of Serang Beach as a location for family leisure and recreation Blitar Regency.Dalam this researchusing mix methods, namely descriptive qualitative quantitative. Data was collected by means observation, interviews, documentation. next step is analyze internal environment attraction, which analyzed based on tourism potential 4A, while external PEST. Then using IFAS EFAS matrices. gets total score 3.13 greater than factors, 0.03. So these results, activities included quadrant I, grow build. Next, formulate development SWOT matrix produce SO, WO, ST, SO strategies. WT. results weighting scores, highest strengths, factors are opportunities, so that can be applied short term SO.
